Complaint from Joan Caliendo New York, NYover 9 years agoI went to this salon and my hair was totally destroyed by being over processed. I was told the girl learned her lesson. yes, at my expense. the owner told me every time I called she would get back in touch to see what she could do for my hair. I never did get a call from her. I was told my other salons the only thing I could do is cut my hair off and wear a wig till it grows back. beware -

I have called the owner numerous times and she said she would call me back to see if she could give me any help with my hair. I guess she was just blowing me off as I never did hear from her. the only thing I can do now is cut my hair off
